How is the Plan Being Developed?​

The Comprehensive Plan is being developed by the Town of Colton and guided by a Steering Committee.  The process is being facilitated by a consultant team led by MJ Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Land Surveying, P.C., supported by CLA Site and E.M. Pemrick & Company, and funded by the New York State Department of State under Title 11 of the Environmental Protection Fund.
